1. Sabah.Net System Administrator and System Operator shall provide users with Directory Web Hosting services on its network in return for payment of fees (where applicable), subject to the terms and conditions agreed to by both parties.

2. This service is available to registered Sabah.Net members only.

3. Prefered payment is in cash or approved credit only.

4. Sabah.Net System Administrator and Operator reserve the right to reject any application without giving any reason.

5. There is no restriction on the contents to be hosted; however, contents must not violate any Laws of Malaysia.Sabah.Net System Administrator and Operator reserve the rights to accept or reject any content that is deemed to be inappropriate or unsuitable. Sabah.Net System Administrator and Operator are not accountable for any such contents.
